Thank you for joining me on my literary adventure. For years, my fixation has been on cleansing my mind and body. Studying various cultures and implementing changes in my lifestyle, I accomplished many of my personal goals. I've enjoyed sharing much of this information with my loved ones. Presenting this wealth of knowledge I've collected over the years is a beautiful experience.
The anticipation of my current release has driven me to write more. This is an exhilarating journey. I hope to affect you holistically, bringing forth a positive change. My works at Rae Legacy will be built on the platform of acceptance of self, self-growth, and enlightenment of the total body.

Dear reader,
I'm a well accomplished scholar of graduate studies and I belief in the things that I write. Writing from a Non-Fiction vantage point is the best that I know how to express my holistic process. The literary world much like the actual world is rapidly changing and I'm excited for the changes to come.
